Baylor University's two-year, 60-credit hour Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) program is carefully aligned with licensure requirements to be a marriage and family therapist in Texas. Courses are conducted through online synchronous and asynchronous sessions, with immersions offered each trimester, either virtual or on Baylor's campus in Waco, Texas. During on-campus immersions, students experience face-to-face clinical training, engage meaningfully with faculty, peers, and the Baylor community.

Clinical Experience
Throughout the program, students will complete a minimum of 300 hours of supervised training at offsite clinical placement sites with 150 of these hours being relational as a requirement of their practicum experience. Students will be equipped and resourced through program administration and faculty to identify qualified sites and supervisors in their home state.
