Curriculum
Baylor University’s 24-month Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) program is conducted through 100% online synchronous courses with immersive sessions offered each semester on the Baylor campus in Waco, Texas. During these in-person immersions, students will experience face-to-face clinical training, engage meaningfully with program faculty, and build valuable connections with the Baylor community.
The Baylor MFT curriculum is designed to prepare students for licensure as marriage and family therapists. Throughout the program, students will complete a minimum of 300 hours of supervised training at offsite clinical placement sites as a requirement of their practicum experience. Students will be equipped and resourced through program administration and faculty to identify qualified sites and supervisors in their home state.
