Ashley Bubert, MS, RD, LD

Ashley Bubert joined the Department of Human Sciences and Design in Fall 2021 as an associated faculty member. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a degree in Nutritional Sciences and an additional double major in Food Sciences and Technology. Mrs. Bubert went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University and also completed the credentials to become a registered dietitian. Before coming to Baylor, she has worked previously as a research dietitian at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado, and as a renal dietitian for both Baylor Scott & White and Fresenius Medical Care.
